This literally happens every day, multiple times a day. Or in some cases, it stays on but with constant, endless tiling / screen distortion rendering the box useless.
FIOS STB TV
What makes it even worse is that whenever this happens, it kills all my other STBs in the house even though they are all hooked up through coax and not work. Only way I can get the darn thing to work again is to unplug it and plug back in at which point the process usually repeats and the box resets with all the loading screens. Every few hours I’ll notice (with my TV off) that the STB will go through a pattern of flashing green and red lights together for several seconds, then just flashing green lights, before finally flashing.
This is now the second box that has done this so I don’t think it’s the STB. When I go to turn TV on, there’s no image. FiOS TV One STB constantly resetting itself.

I have searched the forum, and found one guy in England who has MediaPortal working with an input card that has the European format.
